Four keynotes. Four distinct conversations. Every room gets the real Khaliah.

Data-backed. Lived experience. Vulnerable, funny, and completely unwilling to let people leave the same way they walked in.

Signature Keynote

Culture · Leadership · Organizational Systems

Performance
Rehab™

“Your system is tired. Your people are not the problem.”

Most organizations are solving the wrong problem. They are investing in their people and sending those same people right back into an environment that was never designed to support how human beings actually think, decide, and perform. This keynote changes that conversation entirely.

Keynote 02

AI · Culture · Workforce Readiness

Human in
the Machine

“AI is showing you exactly what was already breaking. The question is what you do about it.”

AI accelerates whatever it touches. In aligned organizations it creates clarity and momentum. In strained ones it amplifies the friction that was already there. This keynote is for leaders who want to do more than adopt AI. They want to build an organization that can actually sustain it.

Keynote 03

Neuroscience · Sleep Science · Sustainable Performance

The Recovery
Edge

“Most organizations are getting about sixty percent of their people and have no idea the other forty percent is sitting in the recovery gap.”

This keynote connects the neuroscience of performance to the leadership decisions that either protect human capacity or quietly drain it one quarter at a time. It takes the recovery conversation out of the wellness room and puts it where it belongs — in the boardroom.

Keynote 04

Personal Leadership · High Performance · Individual Recovery

Performance
Rx

“You have been performing at a high level for a long time. This is the prescription nobody gave you.”

This one is personal. Not organizational. Personal. Performance Rx is for the high performer in the room who has been hitting every number, leading every initiative, and quietly running on empty for longer than they want to admit.

Performance Rehab™ — Workshops

Keynotes open the conversation. Workshops are where the real work gets done.

Every room gets the depth they came for. No filler. No fluff. Just tools people can actually use the next morning.

Workshop 01

Culture · Leadership · Organizational Systems

Culture by Design

“The culture you say you have and the one your people actually feel are not always the same thing. This workshop closes the gap.”

The Performance Rehab keynote names the problem. This workshop is where the organization actually does something about it. Khaliah guides leadership teams through a direct, honest examination of where the culture lives right now versus where leadership says it does. Real tools. Real conversation. A shared language teams can use the next morning.

Duration2 to 3 Hours
Group SizeUp to 50
FormatIn Person or Virtual

Workshop 02

AI · Workforce Readiness · Human Capacity

Building AI Ready Humans

“Your tools are ready. The question is whether the humans using them are set up to actually succeed.”

AI adoption stalls when organizations treat it as a technology problem instead of a human one. This workshop gives leadership teams and cross functional groups a practical, human centered framework for AI integration that accounts for the actual cognitive load, pace, and capacity of the people doing the work.

Duration2 to 3 Hours
Group SizeUp to 75
FormatIn Person or Virtual

Workshop 03

Neuroscience · Recovery Protocols · Sustainable Performance

Recovery by Design

“You cannot schedule recovery into a broken system. So first we fix the system. Then we build the protocol.”

The keynote tells you what is costing you. This workshop builds what comes next. Khaliah draws on sleep science, neuroscience, and real leadership experience to give every person in the room a structured, science backed recovery protocol designed specifically for high performers who cannot afford to keep operating the way they have been.

What Organizations Are Saying

The room changes when Khaliah is in it.

“Khaliah did not give us a motivational speech. She gave us a diagnosis — and then she gave us a prescription. Our leadership team left that room with clarity we had not had in two years.”

Chief People Officer

Fortune 500 Financial Services

“I have sat through dozens of keynotes on workplace wellness. This was the first time I walked out thinking about our systems instead of our people. That shift alone was worth every dollar.”

VP of Talent Development

Healthcare System · 12,000 Employees

“We brought Khaliah back three months after the keynote for the Aftercare session. The ROI on that follow-through was immediate. We finally had a roadmap — and someone to hold us to it.”

Common Questions

Everything you need to know before you book.

Who is Performance Rehab™ designed for?

Performance Rehab™ is designed for organizations that have talented people underperforming inside a strained environment — and leadership that is starting to suspect the problem is the environment, not the people. Ideal audiences include HR leadership, people managers, executive teams, and high-performance individual contributors in corporate, healthcare, technology, and professional services settings.

What formats does Khaliah offer?

Keynotes (45–75 minutes), half-day or full-day workshops, and Aftercare sessions (90 minutes to 2 hours). All formats are available in person or virtually. Khaliah also works with select organizations on strategy and culture consulting engagements. Contact her team for custom scope and pricing.

How far in advance should we book?

Khaliah typically books 6–12 weeks out for keynotes and workshops. For annual conferences and large-scale events, booking 4–6 months in advance is recommended to ensure availability. Reach out early — her calendar fills quickly, especially in Q1 and Q4.

Does Khaliah customize her content for each audience?

Yes. Every engagement starts with a pre-event conversation to understand your organization’s specific environment, current challenges, and what you need the audience to walk away knowing. The core framework is consistent; the application is always specific to the room she is in.

What is the difference between a keynote and a workshop?

A keynote is the diagnosis — a high-impact presentation that reframes how your audience thinks about performance, culture, and recovery. A workshop is where that diagnosis becomes a working session — smaller groups, active engagement, real-time application to your organization’s specific environment. Both stand alone; together they are the full Performance Rehab™ experience.

What is the Aftercare session and do we need it?

The Aftercare session picks up exactly where the keynote or workshop left off. For organizations, it is a focused strategy session that turns the diagnosis into a roadmap. For individuals, it is a personal performance planning conversation. You do not need it — but organizations that invest in Aftercare see measurably better outcomes from the engagement. It is the difference between awareness and action.

Rehab the system. Keep the talent. That is really the only path forward from here.
