What isn’t on the resume
I didn’t learn leadership in a classroom. I learned it on a court.

Chapter One — The Court
Before the stage,
there was number 33.
Central Florida taught her the thing that never left: pressure isn’t the enemy of performance. Pressure is where performance is made.
I carried that lesson straight into corporate America.

People led
Real revenue. Real teams. Real pressure.
No matter where I sat
High performance breaks quietly — before it breaks publicly.
What I kept seeing
Talented, committed, genuinely good people slowly losing their edge — not because they stopped caring, but because nobody ever stopped to ask whether the environment around their performance was actually built to support them.
I have been tired in ways I could not explain to anybody. Performing at a high level while quietly running on empty, telling myself that was just what success felt like. That was just the cost of the dream.
And one day I had to stop and ask myself: who built this system, and why did we all just agree to it?
That question changed everything. As a Certified Sleep Coach and founder in the tech and wellness space, I started studying recovery the way I once studied game film. What I found was not complicated. It was just inconvenient for everyone who had been rewarding exhaustion and calling it dedication.

Today
My work lives at the intersection of culture, leadership, and wellness at work.
Through Performance Rehab™ I help organizations strengthen the environment around performance — so the talented people already inside the building can actually do the thing they were hired to do. At the level they were hired to do it. Consistently.
I believe AI is here to connect us more deeply to what makes us human. And the organizations that lead with that understanding are the ones that are going to last.
The work, recognized.

The founder’s journey
She didn’t climb the ladder. She rebuilt it.
From corporate leadership to the keynote stage — one conviction carried through every room: take care of the people, and the performance takes care of itself.

Sustainable performance equals sustainable productivity.
And if your best people are tired, your system needs rehab.
I’m here to help you design it.

Reinvention
The world chased
hustle. I normalized rest.

I believe AI isn’t here to replace humans but to connect us to what makes us human.
