Common Questions

Everything you need to know before you book.

Who is Performance Rehab™ designed for?

Performance Rehab™ is designed for organizations navigating the demands of high performance, leadership, growth, and change. Khaliah works with executives, people leaders, sales organizations, and teams across industries who want to strengthen how their people think, lead, recover, and perform.

What formats does Khaliah offer?

Khaliah offers keynotes, workshops, executive coaching, and select organizational engagements built around the Performance Rehab™ methodology. Rest Tech™ can also be added as an immersive recovery experience for conferences, leadership meetings, and workplace activations.

How far in advance should we book?

Khaliah typically books 6–12 weeks out for keynotes and workshops. For annual conferences and large-scale events, booking 4–6 months in advance is recommended to ensure availability. Reach out early, her calendar fills quickly, especially in Q1 and Q4.

Does Khaliah customize her content for each audience?

Yes. Every engagement begins with a conversation about your audience, organization, and goals. The Performance Rehab™ methodology remains consistent while the stories, examples, exercises, and application are shaped for the room.

What is the difference between a keynote and a workshop?

The keynote introduces the ideas. The workshop puts them to work. Keynotes are designed to shift how audiences think about leadership and performance. Workshops create more space for discussion, application, and practical tools participants can use inside their organization.

What happens after the keynote or workshop?

Most organizations keep the work going in one of three ways: follow-up workshops that put the methodology into practice with specific teams, executive coaching for the leaders carrying the most pressure, and longer organizational engagements. None of it is required, but the organizations that continue past the first session are the ones that see the change hold.
